i bough a tv insignia in best buy for 107usd
MODEL NS-19E310NA15 REV D 
on may 2015

then after exactly 1 year this piece of shit got damaged by itself, with no reason, it cas treted with care, no hits or impact, always was in the same place, no abuse, nothing, one day just was fucked up

so after some investigation, i am not the only one affected by this shit brand, i got ripped, maybe by shit capacitors or something

SO DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM INSIGNIA, NOT ANY TV FROM BEST BUY, THEY SUCK

So yes FACEBOOK ANDROID APP FUCKING SUCKS, it is so bloated, using 400mb without the cache, updating every week, it makes your device slow even without using the app since it creates tons of WAKELOCKS, (greenify tells me), even with notifications off the stupid app is like a virus always auto activating

sure you can use facebook lite, metal, fast 4 facebook, tinfoil, etc they all kinda suck a little still

the 2 best ways i found are:

OPERA MINI
this is a very light browser, but off course the facebook will be very limited , use it just to read notifications or very basic stuff, not a good experience obviously, the browser is just for reading not for advanced javascripts and html5


OPERA MOBILE 
now this is the best way, great browser, fast and slim, access facebook mobile and you are ready to go, enable opera data saving to the max and also download opera max, another great app, using opera for facebook is very fast, everything works and your phone is great, great batery, great data usage, awesome free ram, low cpu use, etc





additionally
OPERA MAX is for saving data overall in the phone with all apps like instagram, twitter, youtube, facebook, etc, so yes, it works, 100% awesome

so there you go, uninstall the shit facebook app and use opera mobile + facebook web mobile

btw i use a s4 9505g, totally capable of using the facebook app, yet i hate it for its crazy data consumption
