so you have the rom, and dolphin, and i hope you are not a noob
this was driving me insane, i tried everything and never could because nobody tells you how to add a stupid code to dolphin
so here it goes

this rom has ocarina of time and masterquest, and yes, every game has its own code, so i will be using the ones for masterquest
these are the codes:
$60FPS Hack for Standard Quest (Needs high CPU clock override, locks up while crawling, deku sticks burn fast, some bugs)

ok now what?
you should have dolphin showing your isos, cheats enabled in the config, and overclock dolphin in options to 150%, yes, this is needed
right click on the iso of zelda
properties
ar codes
add
write: (for master quest 60fps)
"name" anything you want like 30fps or 60fps, i dont care
"code" you write 02C8E800 00000001, and click ok
it is important, master quest has different codes than the normal ocarina
then you enable the cheat clickbox
you do the same for
$60FPS Jump Fix for Master Quest
00C8E78D 000000D8
and enable the box, and that would be all
you can add 30fps, but dont enable at the same time as 60fps
and this is how you enable ar codes and cheats for dolphin gamecube isos games
load the game and it should be at 30 or 60fps, off course it will have bugs, so save often and dont trust savestates, read about bugs

DIRT RALLY antialiasing benchmark
hi, i just tested dirt rally 1.1 on
AMD 270x oced
3570k 4.4ghz
8gb ddr3 1600
win10 x64 pro
latest AMD driver in April 2016, 16.4.1
1080p, everything ultra but advanced blending (off, it chops like 50fps)
i am not going to explain about anti aliasing, there is good info on the internet
but a quick resume:
* cmaa, just like fxaa, mlaa, taa, postproceesing AA, it is like (looks like) 3x msaa (better than 2x, worse than 4x) without the performance hit
* msaa, the good old classic AA, but very expensive on performance
* eqaa, some weird new AMD antialiasing, NVIDIA has another AA, it should be better than msaa with more performance, for example 2f4x is 4x msaa + more aa with less performance hit than 4x msaa alone and looking better, so if you can you should use these as they are better than the old msaa and perform way better
so there you go, the results, normally i would choose 4x msaa if i can have 60fps perfect, but not this time, so i will go to CMAA, it looks great with no performance hit, i cant really tell the difference between every mode of AA
